(AgapePress) - A Kansas pastor who has taken a lead role in the fight against a new pro-homosexual policy at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America says it is starting to take effect.
Terry Fox is a Baptist pastor in Wichita, Kansas, and quickly became an outspoken critic of the new policy when it was announced several weeks ago. He says in recent days, the local chapter of BBBSA told him no homosexual men or women had tried to take advantage of the change.

But Fox says when he turned on his television last evening, the big story on the local news was that two lesbians had just signed up to be "big sisters" at the Wichita chapter.
"I tell you, it was real tragic just watching that," Fox says. "They interviewed these two ladies who are lesbians, and one referred to the other lady as her 'husband' -- and they also showed a wedding ring on TV ... apparently they think they're married. [The report said] that they were asking to be matched up with children -- and that's exactly what I've been afraid was going to start happening."
Pastor Fox says he is going to be monitoring the situation at Big Brothers Big Sisters in Wichita to see where this goes. He also says a major pro-family group is doing the same on a national scale.
